We are always happy to discuss individual requirements before your event.
-
We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments so everyone can enjoy our services.
Depending on individual needs, this may include:
Carrying out glitter applications while a guest remains in their wheelchair.
Providing additional time for glitter applications.
Explaining each step before starting.
Offering quieter one-to-one glitter applications.
Turning off music where possible.
Switching off neon lighting where possible.
Reducing sensory stimulation.
Allowing support workers, carers or family members to remain with guests throughout the experience.
Adapting our jewellery workshops where reasonably possible.
Every guest is different, and we're always happy to discuss how we can help.
-
We understand that some children and adults may find busy environments overwhelming.
Where reasonably possible, we can:
✨ Reduce background music.
✨ Switch off decorative lighting.
✨ Offer a quieter glitter application.
✨ Work at a pace that suits the individual.
✨ Explain each step before beginning.
We never pressure anyone into having a glitter application.
If a child or adult changes their mind or becomes distressed, we will simply stop. That's absolutely okay.
-
Our glitter bar, jewellery workshops and party experiences are designed to be accessible.
However, accessibility can also depend on the venue.
When booking Glitter Elements, we ask organisers to ensure the venue provides suitable access and facilities for all guests, including wheelchair users and those with additional accessibility requirements.
If you are unsure, we are happy to discuss any requirements before your event.
-
If you or one of your guests has any accessibility requirements, sensory needs or concerns, please let us know before your event.
We'll always do our best to make suitable adjustments so everyone can enjoy the experience.
